As a UI Architect, you'll shape the future of work by setting the vision for our application's UI and enforcing development standards. This role involves solving complex issues in large-scale product development, ensuring high quality, optimal performance, and perfectly adaptive design.
You'll work closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver a world-class platform. We're looking for someone who understands rapid-growth startup challenges and can communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and enforcing global UI architecture and design systems
- Contributing clean code following strict design rules and modern patterns
- Providing technical expertise across engineering teams
- Participating in UI & Design architecture councils
- Translating executive requirements into actionable software items
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience with large-scale JS/TS/CSS/SASS/HTML products
- 4+ years experience with large design systems and tokens using Figma
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Angular/React, and vanilla JavaScript
- Strong understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred skills include expertise in UI/UX-related build and release management tools, managing accessibility for various customer sizes, and experience in rapid-growth startups.

Responsibilities For UI Architect
- Envision, develop, and enforce the global UI architecture and design systems for our frontend application
- Contribute clean code that follows strict design rules and modern patterns
- Provide technical know how and expertise to other engineering teams and organizations
- Participate in the UI & Design architecture councils, creating and reviewing proposals
- Evaluate complex business requirements from the executive team, and translate those into actionable software items
Requirements For UI Architect
- 10+ years working experience on large-scale JS/TS/CSS/SASS/HTML style products
