Description For Infrastructure Engineer

Clinigen, a leading global specialty pharmaceutical and services company, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing IT department. With 1,100 employees worldwide and headquarters in the UK, Clinigen operates in a complex global regulatory environment ensuring vital medicines delivery worldwide.

The Infrastructure Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, working closely with the infrastructure team and wider IT department. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, focusing on the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.

Key responsibilities include managing servers and networks, implementing security protocols, handling system performance monitoring, and contributing to infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network concepts, operating systems, and cloud platforms, with knowledge of virtualization technologies being advantageous.
