Cloudflare, a leading internet infrastructure company, is seeking a Mid Market Solutions Engineer for the North East region. This role is pivotal in driving technical sales and ensuring customer success on the Cloudflare platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical keystone throughout the entire sales cycle, working closely with Enterprise prospects and customers.
Your responsibilities will include educating and empowering customers, driving sales for identified opportunities, and consulting on scalable deployments of Cloudflare's technology. You'll build passionate champions within the technology ranks at your accounts and leverage these relationships to create new revenue pipelines.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of internet technologies, including TCP, UDP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP. Knowledge of sales methodologies and experience with POCs and customer technical evaluations are crucial. You should be able to manage projects, work to deadlines, and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
