Cloudflare, a leading provider of Internet infrastructure and security services, is seeking an Entry-Level Security Engineer to join their Cloudforce One team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity, helping to protect millions of websites and Internet properties worldwide.

The position involves developing critical services to monitor and disrupt cyber threats, working with cutting-edge technology and data at massive scale. As part of Cloudforce One, Cloudflare's threat operations and research team, you'll be instrumental in identifying and disrupting sophisticated cyber threats, from criminal activity to nation-state sponsored attacks.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, particularly in Go or TypeScript, and a passion for cybersecurity. You'll work with various technologies including Kubernetes, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis, while developing your expertise in threat intelligence and cyber defense.

  • Identify TTPs of ongoing cyber attacks
  • Contribute to and deploy team codebases
  • Work both independently and with team members
  • Develop innovative ways to present Cloudflare's insights

Requirements For Security Engineer (Edge) - Cloudforce One

  • Software development skills, with preferred experience in Go and/or TypeScript
  • Understanding of APIs
