Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer for App Security to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE), you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer's lifecycle. You'll be a product expert, leveraging your knowledge to ensure Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. Your goal is to help customers be successful and derive the most value from their Cloudflare investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering timely and organized onboarding for customers
- Ensuring customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products
- Advising on technical best practices
- Building relationships and participating in periodic account reviews
- Providing proactive technical guidance across all products
- Collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams on technical escalations
- Identifying expansion opportunities for existing customers
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing activities and best practices
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-9 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management experience
- Deep understanding of internet technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP)
- Experience with security and performance aspects of internet properties
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Scripting language experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
