Senior Software Engineer (PCD/PWD)

CloudWalk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PCD/PWD) to join their technology team. As one of the fastest-growing fintechs globally, CloudWalk is a unicorn with millions of happy customers, a hardcore team, and hundreds of millions in funding and revenue. This opportunity is specifically aimed at professionals who identify as people with disabilities (PWD), with 2 positions available.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing backend applications, creating and maintaining automated test suites, debugging production issues, and mentoring junior developers. You'll work closely with other developers, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing backend applications using knowledge of architecture, monitoring, and product
• Creating and maintaining automated test suites
• Debugging production issues
• Mentoring junior developers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience
• Experience leading engineers
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and complicated systems at scale
• Ability to quickly understand technical and business requirements
• Fundamental understanding of prompt engineering and AI technologies
• Proficiency in Golang or Ruby (or willingness to learn)
