They are seeking a Systems Administrator & Support Engineer for a hybrid role that combines desktop support, systems administration, and cloud technology management. The position involves managing both end-user support (60%) and systems administration (40%), requiring expertise in multiple operating systems, cloud platforms, and security protocols. Responsibilities For Systems Administrator & Support Engineer
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and enterprise applications
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud platforms
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
- Assist with identity and access management, security configurations, and compliance
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies
Requirements For Systems Administrator & Support Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and cloud environments
- Experience with Active Directory, M365, and user management
- Understanding of endpoint security solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
