Responsibilities For Systems Administrator & Support Engineer

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and enterprise applications
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud platforms
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
  • Assist with identity and access management, security configurations, and compliance
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies

Requirements For Systems Administrator & Support Engineer

Linux
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and cloud environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, M365, and user management
  • Understanding of endpoint security solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
