Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer

As a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our SaaS product's availability, resiliency, and scaling. You'll work alongside our DevOps Engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions meeting client SLAs. You'll lead our site reliability program, implementing cutting-edge practices in performance, scalability, and security. Key responsibilities include refining DevSecOps practices, optimizing system performance, managing disaster recovery, and driving cost management for cloud solutions. You'll establish and maintain SLAs, implement advanced monitoring tools, and champion system resilience through chaos engineering and automated scaling.
