Codeium is seeking a highly motivated Developer Relations Manager to build and nurture the developer community across India. The ideal candidate will be an ex-developer or product manager with strong technical and people skills, capable of inspiring developers and promoting Codeium as the go-to tool for developers. Key responsibilities include community building, event management, developer evangelism, partnerships & outreach, and marketing strategy. The role involves developing strategies to engage and grow the developer community, planning and hosting events, representing Codeium at conferences and meetups, establishing relationships with universities and tech teams, and collaborating on marketing initiatives. Qualifications include 2+ years of professional experience in a technical role, a degree in Computer Science or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for artificial intelligence and large language models. Prior experience as a software developer is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to be part of the foundational India team and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Codeium in a rapidly growing market projected to have over 30 million developers in the next decade.
Responsibilities For AI Developer Relations Manager (India)
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow a developer community around Codeium
- Plan and host events (meetups, hackathons, workshops) to increase awareness and drive sign-ups
- Represent Codeium at conferences, industry events, and local meetups
- Establish relationships with universities, startups, developer groups, and enterprise tech teams
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop viral content and execute marketing strategies
Requirements For AI Developer Relations Manager (India)
- 2+ years of professional experience in a technical role
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
