Software Engineer, ML Research

The role involves:

• Training and fine-tuning large language models
• Prioritizing high-value ML experiments for maximum product impact
• Designing, tracking, and analyzing experiment results
• Participating in ML reading groups to enhance team knowledge

Ideal candidates should have:

• Strong software engineering skills
• Deep understanding of CS, AI, and LLMs
• Curiosity about code generation
• Experience with large production neural networks (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (preferred)
