Responsibilities For Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI use cases
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or data science-based solutions
- Train machine learning models from scratch and fine-tune pre-trained models for customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with clients' business goals
- Write comprehensive proposals outlining AI strategies, technical approaches, and deployment strategies
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies
Requirements For Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
- 4+ years hands-on experience
- Proven experience in AI/ML, including working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience in designing, training, and fine-tuning AI models, including Generative AI models
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design AI solutions from scratch, including training ML models
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts and proposals to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in writing detailed technical proposals and presenting AI strategies
