As their first engineering hire, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical foundation and future.

The role offers exceptional autonomy and ownership, where you'll be responsible for end-to-end project management - from requirement design to implementation, working directly with customers. You'll be joining a team of three experienced founders, backed by prestigious investors including YC, Haystack, and General Catalyst.

The company's platform leverages AI and LLM technologies to automatically process and extract insights from medical records, serving various industries including Healthcare, Legal, and Insurance. Your work will directly impact the scaling of their platform and LLM pipelines, while maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure rapid iteration based on feedback.

As a founding engineer, you'll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across the full stack using technologies like TypeScript/React for frontend and Python/FastAPI for backend development. The ideal candidate should have experience with early-stage startups, demonstrate strong ownership mentality, and be capable of balancing strategic thinking with rapid execution.
