Founding Engineer

Codes Health is revolutionizing medical data collection and analysis by building an innovative gateway that streamlines the process of gathering and understanding medical histories. As the first engineering hire, you'll join a team of three experienced founders backed by prestigious investors including YC, Haystack, and General Catalyst.

The role offers exceptional autonomy and ownership, where you'll lead projects from conception to completion while working directly with customers. You'll be instrumental in scaling the Codes Health platform, enhancing LLM pipelines, and rapidly iterating based on customer feedback.

We're seeking a versatile software engineer who can work across the full stack, demonstrated by our tech stack combining TypeScript/React frontend with Python/FastAPI backend. The ideal candidate brings startup experience, a strong ownership mentality, and familiarity with LLM technologies.
