Project Engineer - Construction

The Project Engineer position at Cogent Analytics is a crucial role within our construction management team. This professional will serve as a key support member to the Project Management team, ensuring construction work adheres to all standards, codes, and specifications. The role involves comprehensive contract document management using Procore software and requires excellent communication skills to interface with clients and team members.

The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects while managing critical documentation including budgets, bid proposals, scopes of work, contracts, and change orders. The Project Engineer will be responsible for maintaining transparency and effective information sharing across departments, supporting monthly billing processes, and contributing to company-wide policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the company and clients, handle project management concerns, and ensure all project requirements are met according to specifications.
