We are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead and grow our Easton, PA office.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in water resources engineering, with a strong focus on dams, including design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance.

- Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from company leadership
- Manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources
- Serve as primary technical expert for dam-related projects
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
- Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team
- Handle basic office management duties
Requirements For Senior Water Resource Engineer - Dams Specialist
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
