Responsibilities For IT Operations Engineer

  • Manage IT responsibilities and deliver on-site service in Phoenix-Tempe office
  • Provide hands-on support for Mac and Windows devices
  • Manage network and Audio Visual equipment
  • Handle access management
  • Troubleshoot Azure, GWS, Confluence, Atlassian Suite, Jira, Slack
  • Manage global first-line and second-line support tickets
  • Monitor and maintain system security
  • Document IT processes
  • Collaborate for efficient IT operations

Requirements For IT Operations Engineer

Linux
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and service support
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
  • Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux distributions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect
  • Network and firewall configuration expertise
  • Experience with M365, Entra ID, Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with Atlassian products
  • Knowledge of SAML SSO & SCIM
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Service-minded attitude
