Senior IT Operations Engineer

Cognite, a leading global SaaS company and Microsoft Energy and Resources Partner of the Year 2024, is seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on managing and resolving complex technical support issues while being part of the IT Operations function.

The position requires expertise in cloud solutions, particularly Azure, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools, along with strong capabilities in automation and infrastructure management. You'll be working with various technologies including MacOS, Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and various security and collaboration tools.

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for architecting integrated solutions, managing cloud environments, implementing automation pipelines, and ensuring smooth operations of enterprise-wide systems. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with infrastructure as code using Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
