Senior Search Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Search Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join their Platform Embeddings & Search team to deploy and support the search platform. You'll work with cutting-edge search models, manage service stability, optimize performance, and integrate with model serving backends. The role involves 24x7 on-call rotation (compensated) and offers the flexibility to work from offices in Toronto, San Francisco, New York, or London.

The position requires expertise in Opensearch/Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for supporting search services, automating observability, ensuring SLOs, and building strong relationships with internal developers. The ideal candidate should have experience with production systems, service development, and a commitment to mentorship.
