As the leading provider of grading, authentication, and vaulting services, we handle millions of valuable items across categories including coins, trading cards, Funko Pops!, video games, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include renowned names like PSA, PCGS, and WATA.

The PSA Vault team is seeking a Körber/Highjump WMS Engineer to join our dynamic operation. Following our acquisition of eBay's vault business, we're expanding across multiple facilities and scaling our capabilities. You'll be instrumental in creating seamless integration between Vault operations and the Collectors ecosystem.

As a WMS Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technology to architect solutions for complex warehouse operations. Your expertise in PL/SQL and API integrations will be crucial in a secure, multi-cloud environment. You'll collaborate with warehouse operations and product teams to ensure our systems scale effectively.

The role offers the opportunity to be part of our inaugural Guadalajara office, working with an international engineering team. You'll contribute to transforming the collecting experience through technology while working for a company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities For Körber/Highjump WMS Engineer

  • Be a subject-matter expert in Körber WMS and collaborate on integrations
  • Design and optimize stored procedures/triggers using PL/SQL
  • Customize WMS workflows and screens with Advantage Architect
  • Develop real-time integrations to backend services
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams
  • Architect solutions for complex warehouse operations

Requirements For Körber/Highjump WMS Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Köerber WMS
  • Expert in Köerber Advantage Architect
  • Highly proficient in SQL & PL/SQL
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
