Their Platform Engineering team is crucial in building and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers their services.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to join their inaugural Guadalajara office as a Platform Engineer. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Collectors' engineering teams, implementing DevOps best practices, and ensuring secure, efficient application delivery. The position requires expertise in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration.

Responsibilities For Platform Engineer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
- Help development teams to build their Infrastructure through a self-serving platform
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure automation issues
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Crossplane
- Architect & Build innovative automation projects
- Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Advocate for best practices in DevOps and reliability engineering
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies
- Be part of a weekly on-call rotation
Requirements For Platform Engineer
- 5+ years of progressively responsible DevOps experience
- 4+ years of direct experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- 4+ years of AWS cloud experience
- 4+ years of experience in managing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Kubernetes and Docker experience is mandatory
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
