Senior AWS Security Operations Engineer

We're seeking a Senior AWS Security Operations Engineer to join our Cybersecurity Team. In this role, you'll manage security programs, lead incident response efforts, and secure AWS environments. You'll be responsible for:

• Performing daily security operations using tools like CrowdStrike Falcon and CrowdStrike SIEM
• Leading incident response using MimeCast, CloudFlare, CrowdStrike, Cato, Okta, and AWS security services
• Securing AWS organization and managing AWS security services
• Developing automation scripts in Python or JavaScript
• Establishing monitoring controls and staying updated on emerging security trends
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading multi-team security projects
• Troubleshooting incidents and conducting post-incident reviews
• Maintaining security documentation and preparing reports
• Overseeing vulnerability lifecycle management with tools like Tenable.io

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, and AWS security
• Expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon and SIEM platforms
• Experience with various incident response tools
• Proficiency in AWS security services and threat hunting systems
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript
• Knowledge of penetration testing methods and tools
