CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a skilled Network Engineer/Architect to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure. The role involves designing new networks, evaluating existing systems, and planning for scalability and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience with Cisco networking products and solutions, ability to mentor others, and speak on behalf of the client during technical reviews and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing innovative networking solutions
- Evaluating and optimizing existing network configurations
- Collaborating with IT teams on secure and scalable data communications systems
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing security protocols
- Monitoring network performance and implementing improvements
- Providing technical guidance and support
- Staying updated on industry trends and technologies
- Documenting network architecture, protocols, and policies

- Cisco networking software, hardware, tools, protocols
- Software Defined Networking (Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure)

The position requires a current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and relevant security certifications. The work environment involves moderate to occasional loud noise, with the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and work in confined areas. Occasional travel (11-20%) is required.

- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Security Certification (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), CCNP-Security, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP))
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus
- Professional proficiency in English
- 8+ years of experience with Cisco networking products and solutions
- Ability to mentor and train other IT professionals
- Ability to speak on behalf of the client during technical reviews and acquisitions
