IT Application Engineer

commercetools is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated IT Application Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting internal teams by managing and optimizing essential business tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable business systems aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading integration, administration, and optimization of key business applications (CRM, Customer Success, iPaaS systems)
• Collaborating with internal teams to implement custom digital solutions
• Managing digital solution project lifecycles independently
• Troubleshooting complex issues within the digital solution landscape
• Assessing tool performance and recommending improvements
• Documenting processes and configurations
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital solution application engineering
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and iPaaS solutions
• Project leadership experience using agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
