Responsibilities For Principal Electrical Commissioning Test Engineer

  • Act as technical expert in execution of long-term complex testing procedures
  • Develop Functional Test Procedures with CFS ENG functional groups
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for commissioning of assigned systems
  • Develop detailed Commissioning Plan for assigned systems
  • Review and approve specialized activities performed by third parties
  • Mentor and coach field leads and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with CFS Standards and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with EHSS and engineering teams for risk assessment

Requirements For Principal Electrical Commissioning Test Engineer

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10 Years Commissioning experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office, BlueBeam or Acrobat, and 3D modeling programs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to travel for FAT at vendor locations worldwide
  • Ability to work second/third shifts and/or weekends as needed
