Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer

Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team in Devens, MA. This role is critical for securing operational technology (OT/ICS) systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT security, with experience in implementing and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity programs for industrial control systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and administering security controls for OT environments
• Monitoring OT vulnerabilities and threats
• Developing security policies and procedures
• Responding to security incidents
• Contributing to IT cybersecurity tool administration
• Providing technical consulting on security matters
• Implementing a security by design process
• Promoting cybersecurity awareness

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science (or equivalent experience), relevant certifications (CISSP preferred), and 5 years of experience in Operational Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Industrial Control System (ICS) security principles, experience with SCADA/HMI systems, and knowledge of security standards like IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82.
