Senior Backend Engineer

Comstruct, founded in March 2022, is revolutionizing the construction industry by building the essential data layer for construction companies. As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Integration team, you'll be at the forefront of developing crucial integrations that connect our platform with client IT infrastructure. The role involves building bidirectional integrations with ERP systems, enabling digital ordering, delivery tracking, and invoice processing for contractors and material suppliers.

The company has achieved significant milestones, securing 10M Seed financing from prestigious VCs including 20VC, Google Ventures, and Possible Ventures. With 3 of the 10 largest Swiss contractors as customers, Comstruct is already making a substantial impact in the industry.

As a hybrid workplace, you'll work from the Munich office 3 days per week, collaborating with a team of ambitious professionals dedicated to transforming one of the least digitized industries. You'll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers, shape the platform's technical foundation, and contribute to building a leading construction-tech company.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple programming languages (especially Python and TypeScript), have experience with large-scale software engineering projects, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
