Senior Technical Support Engineer

Conductor, a premier Website Optimization & Intelligence platform, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Corporate IT department. This role is crucial in supporting approximately 300 employees globally and ensuring smooth IT operations.

You should be proficient in managing Google Workspace, supporting SaaS applications, and have strong experience with both Mac and PC environments. Knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, and networking concepts is essential.

Your responsibilities will span from providing expert-level technical support and managing system administration to creating documentation and ensuring security compliance. The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year for NYC-based candidates.
