Conduktor, an Enterprise Data Management platform specializing in streaming, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in London. This role bridges the technical and sales aspects of the business, requiring someone who can effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience, particularly in the Apache Kafka space, and be fluent in French and Spanish.

The role involves working closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial demonstrations to implementation. You'll be responsible for showcasing the platform's capabilities, providing technical expertise during client interactions, and ensuring successful customer onboarding.   • Collaborate with sales team to demonstrate platform value throughout sales cycle

  • Participate in sales meetings and provide technical training to sales team

Requirements For Sales Engineer

  • Fluent in French and Spanish
  • 4+ years of industry experience selling at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Experience selling in the US closing enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong operational relationships with distributed teams
  • Solid understanding of streaming systems (Apache Kafka, Pulsar, Rabbit MQ, JMS)
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and basic principles
  • Ability to qualify and execute proof-of-values
