The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of systems engineering experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. You'll play a crucial role in supporting and delivering network infrastructure solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities For L3 Systems Engineer (AU IT Services)
- Assist with the delivery of network infrastructure for small to medium-sized businesses
- Provide technical phone and email support to customers
- Provide clients with timely updates and resolutions within SLAs
- Troubleshooting and translating technical language into simple terms
- Visit customer sites when required
- Use of the ticketing system and maintaining documentation
Requirements For L3 Systems Engineer (AU IT Services)
- Experience in handling Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- 6-8 years proven experience as a Systems Engineer
- Microsoft Windows System administration skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory Configuration and Management
- Experience in supporting infrastructure for Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services
- Extensive experience in Networking
