Lead QA Engineer (US Legal Tech, Home-based)

ConnectOS is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for their US Legal Tech team. This home-based role offers a competitive salary of P100,000 to P110,000 monthly, with a schedule of Monday – Friday (04:00 AM - 01:00 PM PHT). The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in automated testing using Playwright and Jest, experience with manual testing, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Postman, React, Nextjs, Gitlab, express, and typescript.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing automated tests (65-70% of testing efforts)
• Performing manual testing for new features (30-35% of testing efforts)
• Creating detailed bug tickets using Jira
• Identifying and documenting happy paths for new features
• Updating and maintaining testing suites
• Collaborating with the product team on feature requirements
• Driving process improvements in QA practices

The role requires a strategic thinker with lead-level experience in QA engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. As the sole QA engineer, you'll be responsible for driving the testing strategy for the entire company.
