Lead QA Engineer (US Legal Tech, Home-based)

ConnectOS is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for their US Legal Tech team. This home-based role offers a competitive salary of P100,000 to P110,000 monthly, with a schedule of Monday – Friday (04:00 AM - 01:00 PM PHT).

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Lead QA Engineer, strong proficiency in automated testing using Playwright and Jest, and familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Postman, React, Nextjs, Gitlab, express, and typescript. Key responsibilities include developing and executing automated tests, performing manual testing, creating detailed bug tickets, and driving process improvements in QA practices.

As the sole QA engineer, you'll be responsible for the entire testing strategy, working closely with product and engineering teams. You'll need to be a self-starter, continuous learner, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
