SAP Crystal Reports Developer (Accounting Clerk/ WFH Set-up)

ConnectOS is seeking a SAP Crystal Reports Developer (Accounting Clerk/ WFH Set-up) for a remote position based in the Philippines. This role combines accounting expertise with technical skills in reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring GAAP compliance
• Analyze income statements and other financial reports
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and macros for streamlined reporting
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports and develop automated reporting solutions
• Collaborate with upper management to present financial findings
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, including AI tools
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with financial audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous accounting experience with solid understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly AI for automation
