Security Operations Engineer

The role involves managing and administering various security solutions including End Point Security (MS Defender, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike), SIEM tools (Rapid7, Sentinel), and Vulnerability Management systems (Rapid7, Nessus, Qualys). You'll be responsible for providing second-level technical support, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks like ASD Essential 8 and NIST.

As a Security Operations Engineer, you'll work within ITIL Framework guidelines, handling incident management, security protocols, and change management processes. The position requires expertise in security awareness tools like KnowBe4 and Mimecast, plus familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence.
