ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join their team in Mumbai (Hybrid work model). The role involves developing high-quality, innovative software in compliance with coding standards. Key responsibilities include supporting Engineering teams, researching and analyzing findings, designing and maintaining large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Front-end knowledge (React JS, JavaScript)
- Back-end scripting (C#.net & Vb.net)
- Database skills (MySQL, SQL)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of programming languages, software development tools, and industry standards

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer II
- Provide support to Engineering teams with high attention to detail
- Research, analyze, and document findings
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems
- Work on systems critical to company's current and future operations
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Assist with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software
- Evaluate codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems
- Maintain understanding of current technologies and programming practices through continuing education
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer II

- Ability to work constructively and independently under stress and pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
