Full Stack Developer (LATAM)

Contalink is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their growing team in building a cloud-based accounting solution that revolutionizes how accountants and SMBs work together in Mexico. As a YC and 500 Startups LATAM-backed company, we're on a mission to help accountants manage more clients efficiently while enabling businesses to streamline their operations.

The ideal candidate will be based in the CST timezone and be fluent in Spanish, as communication is key to our success. You'll be working with Ruby on Rails to build and enhance our web applications, collaborating with a dynamic team of 28 professionals who are passionate about transforming accounting processes.

We offer a flexible remote work environment with quarterly in-person meetings (fully expense-covered) to maintain team cohesion. Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $30K-$54K, home office support ($70 USD monthly), two weeks of vacation from year one, and company-provided equipment.

The role requires someone who can break down complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be instrumental in building features that directly impact our users' daily operations, from sales and expense management to accounting automation.
