Machine Learning Engineer

Contentful is seeking an excellent machine learning engineer to join their team and help build real-world AI solutions for thousands of active customers. As part of the AI revolution at Contentful, you'll be instrumental in imagining, driving, and building ML solutions that produce immediate customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and ensure high-quality output of ML workloads for enterprise customers
• Design, build, and measure production software in the Contentful Platform
• Conduct focused research and testing using tools like Jupyter Notebook
• Optimize generative AI products for accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Integrate ML cloud solutions and adapt them to large-scale use cases
• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning for customer use cases
• Develop scalable software for high-load customer workloads
• Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders
• Drive ML education in the team and establish high standards of quality & ownership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical leader in product software development
• Successful track record in Model Development, including LLM-based models for NLP tasks
• Ability to work backwards from customer needs to deliver ML-based features
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles
• Experience with container frameworks like Docker or Kubernetes
• Up-to-date knowledge of LLM development & research
