Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Measure and ensure high-quality output of ML workloads for enterprise customers
- Design, build, and measure production software in the Contentful Platform
- Conduct focused research and testing using tools like Jupyter Notebook
- Optimize generative AI products for accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Integrate ML cloud solutions and adapt them to large-scale use cases
- Integrate prompt engineering and fine-tuning for customer use cases
- Develop scalable software for high-load customer workloads
- Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders
- Drive ML education in the team and establish quality standards
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Proven experience as a technical leader in product software development
- Track record in Model Development, including LLM-based models deployment
- Proven ability to work backwards from customer needs
- Ability to organize and prioritize competing workloads
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles
- Experience with container frameworks (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Constructive problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of LLM Development & Research
- Background in machine learning and AI implementation
- Ability to translate research papers into PoC
