Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you'll solve tough challenges, drive transformative solutions, and push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll build tools that enable customers to reimagine digital experiences for an AI-native future while focusing on customer & business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Autonomously lead the design, development, and delivery of business-critical features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Execute with an entrepreneurial spirit, setting ambitious goals and adapting rapidly to solve complex challenges
• Lead group-level product initiatives, influencing the broader product roadmap
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks
• Drive iterative scope and parallel execution to optimize lead time
• Set and steer the architectural North Star for the product
• Experiment and innovate with AI technologies, driving their integration into the platform

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role, demonstrating ownership and initiative
• Solid background in automated testing (unit and e2e) using frameworks like Jest & Playwright
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-based feature development
• Prior experience building no-code tools
• DevOps mindset and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in distributed teams
• Early-stage startup experience
