Solution Engineer

Contentful is seeking a Solution Engineer to join their team. As a Solution Engineer, you'll be a close partner to the sales team, owning key components of the sales process including infrastructural/architectural discovery, collaborative solution design, and technical validation. You'll work directly with Enterprise Account Executives to support customers and prospects across EMEA, helping them understand Contentful's capabilities and how it compares to legacy technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding project requirements and validating them against the platform
• Creating product demonstrations and assisting with technical evaluations
• Communicating customer needs and product feedback to internal teams
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers

To be successful, you'll need:

• 3-5 years experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or 5-10 years as a developer in digital experience delivery
• Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence
• Experience with current web technologies
• A natural curiosity for how technology drives business value
