Systems Engineer

Contentful is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join their IT Systems Engineering team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a young and ambitious team, focusing on problem-solving and automation. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of IT experience, with extensive knowledge in managing JAMF and Intune environments, network management, and working with APIs. Key responsibilities include championing Release & Deployment, Incident, and Change management, as well as implementing and maintaining scripts to sync between different SaaS tools.

The role requires proficient coding skills, experience with SaaS-based corporate infrastructure (Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian), and the ability to lead in migrating legacy technology to current standards. The successful candidate will work across different time zones, serve as an escalation point for the IT-Services team, and contribute to building collaboration within the organization.
