Responsibilities For Systems Engineer
- Champion Release & Deployment, Incident, and Change management
- Lead migration of legacy technology to current standards
- Lead and support implementation of software, systems, and services
- Serve as an escalation point for the IT-Services team
- Work independently with the team across different time zones
- Build and optimize processes and automations
- Implement and maintain API integrations between SaaS tools
Requirements For Systems Engineer
- 5-10 years of working experience in IT
- Extensive experience with managing MDM environments
- Extensive experience in network management
- Deep understanding of APIs and ability to implement/maintain scripts
- Proficient coding skills
- Experience with AI strategies and Generative AI models
- Experience in SaaS corporate infrastructure (Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian)
- Experience with automations and workflows
- Deep knowledge of IT service delivery and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using Agile methodologies
- ITIL certification is a plus
