Founding Engineer (#2 at $1M+ ARR)

Converge is seeking a founding engineer (#2) to join their successful team of 4 that has already achieved $1M+ in ARR and serves 180+ customers. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build and own significant portions of their unified marketing measurement stack for online stores. The platform combines customer data collection, consent management, identity resolution, marketing attribution, data forwarding, and analytics into a single solution.

The ideal candidate will be a senior full-stack engineer comfortable with React and Python/Postgres, capable of deploying and scaling production software. The position offers significant ownership and direct customer interaction, with work organized around problem-solving rather than stack-specific tasks.
