Our weekly subscription caters to various palates and dietary preferences, delivering over 1 million meals per month.

We're seeking a Generative AI (GenAI) Engineer to lead our AI initiatives and drive innovation. This role is crucial in integrating large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI and Claude into our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, expertise in generative AI and LLMs, and the ability to design and implement cutting-edge AI applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the subject matter expert in generative AI and LLMs
• Leading the integration of LLMs to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Mentoring cross-functional teams on LLM and GenAI best practices
• Designing, developing, and deploying AI applications using LLMs
• Leveraging frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AWS Bedrock
• Exploring emerging AI technologies and trends
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Managing the full lifecycle of AI projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience with strong engineering background and passion for generative AI
• Proven experience with LLMs and real-world AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, and similar technologies
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities
