Our weekly subscription caters to various palates and dietary preferences, delivering over 1 million meals per month.

As a Packaging Engineer at CookUnity, you'll be part of the Packaging Engineering Team, responsible for developing innovative packaging solutions for ready-to-eat meals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet functional, aesthetic, cost, and regulatory requirements. Your role involves hands-on testing, analysis, and optimization of packaging materials to enhance meal protection, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the search, design, and development of packaging solutions
  • Conducting performance tests to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed packaging documentation
  • Optimizing packaging materials for cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in food packaging
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and design tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
