Sr Full Stack Engineer, CX Tools And Systems

CookUnity is seeking a Sr Full Stack Engineer to join their CX Tools and Systems team. You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work with 1-2 other engineers to develop and enhance tools supporting the Customer Experience team. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and CX specialists to build solutions that impact customer satisfaction.

Tech Stack:

• Languages: Javascript, Typescript
• Frameworks: ReactJS, Redux, Apollo GraphQL, NestJS, NextJS
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis, DataDog, Segment
• Methodology: Agile
• Architecture: Service Oriented

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features within the Javascript stack
• Iterate on features to improve user experience and performance
• Contribute to software architecture and best practices
• Improve technical stack maturity
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers
• Partner with various teams to refine and improve the product
• Support on-call rotation for 24/7 business operations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on CX tools and systems
• Strong understanding of backend REST APIs
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures
• Proactive approach to improving systems and processes
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Potential for growth into a leadership role
• Knowledge of mobile app development (e.g., React Native) is a plus
