Description For Customer Success Escalation Engineer

As a Customer Success Escalation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and technical issues. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advocacy, requiring strong skills in Linux systems, networking, and security protocols.

The position demands a professional who can handle complex technical troubleshooting while maintaining excellent communication with both customers and internal teams. You'll work with cutting-edge security technologies and have the opportunity to influence product development through customer feedback.

Responsibilities For Customer Success Escalation Engineer

  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer escalations/support cases
  • Provide regular status updates to Customers and internal stakeholders following SLAs
  • Provide best practices and accelerated support for Corelight solutions
  • Identify issues and develop solutions, including suggesting changes on customer networks
  • Advocate for customers and coordinate across multiple teams to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements For Customer Success Escalation Engineer

Linux
Python
  • 5+ years experience in post-sales technical support
  • Strong understanding of network security, incident response, and threat hunting
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization
  • Strong networking experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available for odd hours, on-call and weekend coverage
  • BS/BA or equivalent in relevant field (CS, EE, MIS)
  • Must be located in the UAE
