Description For Technical Enablement Engineer

Corelight, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a Technical Enablement Engineer to strengthen their technical teams. We specialize in Network Detection and Response (NDR), transforming network and cloud activity into actionable evidence for threat detection. This role is crucial in elevating the capabilities of our sales engineers and technical Customer Success professionals.

As a Technical Enablement Engineer, you'll design and implement world-class technical training programs, lead boot camps, and ensure our technical teams are equipped with deep product knowledge. You'll work with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies, including Zeek/Bro, SIEM systems, and various security tools.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical enablement and cybersecurity, with the ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric value propositions. You'll be joining a company backed by top-tier venture capital organizations like Crowdstrike, Accel, and Insight, serving sensitive, mission-critical enterprises and government agencies worldwide.

Responsibilities For Technical Enablement Engineer

  • Create and manage scalable onboarding process for SEs and technical Customer Success roles
  • Lead SE boot camps and develop continuous learning programs
  • Maintain comprehensive learning paths
  • Own relationship with product and engineering for product release TOIs
  • Set and track success metrics
  • Design and implement technical enablement program
  • Create video recordings and product walkthroughs
  • Deliver product demonstrations

Requirements For Technical Enablement Engineer

Linux
  • Experience in technical enablement and cybersecurity roles
  • Familiarity with Network Detection and Response (NDR)
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Hands-on SIEM analyst experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional presentation and instructional design capabilities
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
