Responsibilities For Quality Assurance Engineer
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for COTS applications
- Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Analyze functional requirements and design documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
- Create and maintain testing documentation
- Define, track, and report Quality Assurance metrics
- Participate in SOX compliance and audit activities
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support special projects as needed
Requirements For Quality Assurance Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance
- Experience in API testing
- Strong understanding of database structures and querying tools
- Proficiency in Selenium and Java/Python-based testing frameworks
- Experience with test management tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience in Agile Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing
- 1-2 years of test automation experience
