The position requires a seasoned professional with 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying technology components within the enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role demands expertise in Salesforce customization, security controls, and administrative tools, along with proficiency in Aura, LWC, APEX, and Salesforce API.

Working in a hybrid environment (minimum two days onsite in Denver), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that benefit both internal and external users. The role involves participating in code reviews, establishing coding standards, and working closely with the Dev/Ops team on CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities For Salesforce Developer

  • Deliver innovative solutions that provide value to both internal and external end users
  • Develop, maintain, monitor, and support Salesforce technology solutions
  • Consult and partner with the architecture team on current software and data priorities
  • Establish and adhere to coding standards
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews
  • Work with Dev/Ops team to enhance CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot software issues, data accuracy and performance issues

Requirements For Salesforce Developer

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related studies
  • 7+ Years of IT experience with 5+ years Salesforce development
  • Experience with Salesforce customization, security controls, and administrative tools
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps
  • Knowledge of Aura, LWC, APEX, Salesforce API
  • Experience with various development frameworks (Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule with minimum two days onsite
