Description For Cloud Support Engineer

CoreWeave is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their 24/7 team. As a CoreWeave Cloud Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transformational technology, assisting cutting-edge companies and developers in utilizing accelerated compute services. Your role involves responding to technical inquiries, resolving cloud, network, and system issues, and ensuring the efficient execution of clients' jobs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction, monitoring support queues, troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents, creating documentation, and driving projects to improve support processes. You'll also provide high-touch assistance to top-tier customers and act as an advocate for their issues with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and technical knowledge including Linux system administration, networking, storage, and distributed computing environments. Familiarity with High-Performance Computing, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting languages like Shell or Python is required. Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and Windows system administration is also beneficial.

CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with employer match, flexible PTO, and various wellness programs.
