CoreWeave, a leading AI Hyperscaler, is seeking a Lead Product Manager focused on developer experience to join their rapidly growing team. This crucial role is designed for individuals passionate about taking a holistic approach to developer experience, considering a broad array of services and developer interfaces (UI, API, CLI, SDKs, Infrastructure-as-Code) to define a unified vision and drive execution and delivery resulting in a best-in-class experience for developers on the CoreWeave platform.

As the Lead Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will champion the developer's perspective within CoreWeave, comprehending their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Your objective will be to devise and execute a product strategy that delivers outstanding developer tools and interfaces, fostering a superior development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for CoreWeave's developer interfaces
  • Be the voice of the developer community within CoreWeave
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of tools and interfaces for developers
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the developer experiences
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developer needs, and competitive offerings
  • Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of developer interfaces

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with web UIs and APIs intended for a developer audience
  • Deep understanding of UI and API design, and industry-standard practices such as GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
